A service project is a special Good Turn that puts Scout spirit into action, and you can see Troop 98 scouts across our neighborhood doing service.
If you would like Troop 98 scouts to participate in a service project to benefit our community, please email the Troop 98 Scoutmaster or Service Project Coordinator.
Download, print and complete the Scouts BSA Troop 98 Service Project Approval Form (PDF)
Scouts must obtain approval for community service projects from the Scoutmaster BEFORE beginning any work; service projects organized/promoted by Troop 98 are pre-approved.
For ALL service projects, the person verifying the hours completed cannot be a Scout’s parent and must be an adult representative (21 years or older) of the organization you performed the service for or a Troop 98 adult leader.
Once service is completed, return the completed and signed to the Troop 98 Scoutmaster or Service Project Coordinator for final approval and recording.
